Waiotapu Valley Golf Course is situated approximately 40km in either direction, mid way between Rotorua and Taupo off Broadlands Rd and a couple of kilometres down East Rd. Waiotapu is inbetween the major Taupo Golf Clubs and Rotorua Golf Clubs and is well worth stopping in and having a round when you are playing golf in Rotorua and Taupo.
This well maintained & delightful 18 hole course is highly regarded by both visitors and other players in the region. It measures 5597 metres, par 71 for men and 5145 metres par 72 for ladies.
It’s easy walking, but don’t be deceived by the wide open fairways, playing to your handicap is always a challenge.
Visitors can pretty much roll up without prior booking. Green fees are $20 per round or part there-of for affiliated golfers and an honesty box system is in place. Group bookings are welcome at negotiable rates & catering and bar facilities can be
